Privacy Policy

Unlimited Construction is a concrete contractor serving the greater Chicagoland area. This policy applies to https://unlimitedconstructionco.com and to the estimate requests submitted through it.

We collect only what you choose to type into the estimate request form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of project, your timeline, whether the property is residential or commercial, your project details, and whether you are happy to be contacted by text message.

As with any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as the request time and the page requested. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not run third-party advertising.

To reply to you, arrange a time to look at the project, and prepare your free estimate. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Your request is handled by us. It passes through the service providers who host this website and deliver form submissions to us, which is how any contact form works. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

If you tick the box agreeing to texts about your estimate, we may contact you by text about that project. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.

For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete your information, use the contact page.
